I dont know how you read that. What is holding up trading now is that the exchange is going thru all trades for the last 70 millions shares before halt. Popssibly looking for insider trading. The badshaw thing had nothing to do with WWF at the beginning. It was BCSC that is investigating badshaw for fraudulenty selling promissary notes and using the proceeds for his personal use. He was also not registered to sell these notes.
