Well what did you expect the exchange to tell you. Zilch is all you will get from them. The only thing you will hear is that the stock will start trading blah blah or it will be delisted. You still have 8 months before it will be delisted. The problem is that you bot into the stock on rumours and now when something goes rong you start whining about how you were screwed. Did you not do your DD on the stock before you bot it. I did and although I am not happy with the delay I have no choice but to wait. If you figure that Foley is a scam artist then you are really screwed. I dont believe he is and I really dont think he got into the company so that he could just fly around the world for something to do. He was running the compa ny without your help before you bought into it and He will continue to run it after you bought into it. So sitting here complaining that the exchange wont tell you about their investigation isnt gonna bring it back any sooner. The problem is that someone posts a rumour that we will start trading tomorrow and everybody starts talking about not selling until it hits $25. Well get serious. If you wait to sell when it hits the top you will die broke. Unless you only have a few thousand shares then you can afford to wait it out. But if you have a large position then when and not if it comes back just remember Bears make money, bulls make money and pigs starve.
