Clearcut.  You said a mouth full this with.  I am not a lawyer but that does not make sense to me.  Same as the exchange.  It does not make sense to them.  Thats why their is an investigation.  It took a lot of time to get their evidence and charge Bagshah with fraud.  Now it may take some time to get all the paperwork of options and shares.  Get a court order to seize the options and shares.  This takes time.  You are right very time consuming and confusing.     Now we understand.
