Well I have contacted him twice in the last four months. IR has said that CNR draft has been sent to MRS. At least that is what everyone who calls IR all the time is saying. IR to my knowledge has not said that MRS has accepted the NR. So what would everyone like them to do. IR has responded to all questions in as much as they are allowed to say. Basically it is up to MRS to DD on CNR and if they dont like it they will send it back for further editing. When it gets back to them the procedure goes on. When they are happy the the CNR they will lift the halt and we will resume trading. IMO. And if the whole deal was a scam then the stock would have been delisted. SO obviously there has to be SOME truth the the NR's that have been issued.
