I agree with the Rock too. We need a straight answer from MF regarding what really is going on. Why don't we have any supporting documents to certain verbal agreements? What kind of retraction do we need to make if any?

We don't want the IR to tell us that they are still working on the CNR and MF is still out of town. That will just get them through another week. Then of course the week after will be MRS's holiday season. That would get them through X'mas...Then New Year...It's almost depressing to think about it.

Let's hear from Mr. Foley first. We have been patient and after almost 4 months an honest update would be appreciated. Just my opinion of course.
