Reminds me of the old joke on the trade floor about the junk bond scandal in NY. Judge fined (I think his name was Milliken $1,000,000 

and gave him five years in jail. The joke on the floor was when the judge stated the fine, Milliken said do you want that in cash or by cheque. I dont remem ber how long he served but he had all his meals sent in from outside the jail. So it must really stop crime when you get fined $1,000,000 and probably made twenty times that
