Change of Business - Most Probably by December 10, 2007

WWF will only trade for a brief period, about two weeks prior to being halted again on change of business.

Sources tell me that Lybian deal is to be signed by December 10, 2007. We could see a very strong rally until this date.

Then once signed, we will be halted for another 45 to 60 days pending issuance of prospectus. Rest assured that this will be a good halt, not a bad one.

Once it resumes trading we open in the multi dollar range, $ 10 per share and over. Remember each refinery is a $ 25 per share value.

Good Luck

AND THE BADSHAH CASE IS-------

These allegations have not been proven. A hearing will be held on the 12th Floor Hearing Room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, B.C., on Dec. 11, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. At the hearing, counsel representing the Executive Director will ask the Commission to extend the temporary order.

AND AN INTERESTING POST----

TRADING RESUMPTION ONLY IN 2008

I am hearing from various sources that there will be no trading of WWF stock in 2007, that both WWF & MRS are at an impasse over clarification news release.

Impasse relates to retraction issues or inability to prove verbal agreements.

Who will win this battle? MRS or WWF?

In the meantime, will WWF ever sign those freakin refinery deals. I am certain that if they closed that deal, we would trade, so in essence halt/suspension is holding up our price until signing then, we soar!!!!!!!!!!

Eventually, WWF will run out of money and will have to come to terms with MRS. All of those trips to Lybia cost money.
