Here is the reply I got this afternoon from Nazima:
Hello Mr. XXXX,I do remember you, since our phone conversation we have met with the Exchange and have had a request for a draft CNR. At the moment we are working out the details of the clarification news release. As both parties have to be satisfied with the news release we are still dealing with the details. I understand that our shareholders would feel better with a news release as opposed to personal emails. Really there won’t be anything too different on the news release from my emails. In the meantime, we continue to hash out the CNR and hope to get back to trading very soon. Many thanks for your continued patience and support. Nazima
I guess that says it all folks. Wait. I'm crackin' a cold one. Leafs lost last night, WWF still frozen, not enough snow to ski.
