There may be a valid explanation for delays by MRS at this time, whcih may have nothing to do with WWF and the CNR. They may be very busy with reviewing numerous halts/suspensions, not just for WWF. They may also be understaffed and therefore have to clear the backlog first before getting to the WWF file. WWF may not be the priority that we thing it is/should be.
