Like I mentioned before MRS does not need a "real" reason to halt , "for clarification" is really all they need. All it does is give a heads up to investors. However having said that 3-1/2 months is a long heads up. Heads up where. Nowhere have the company said they have anything just LOI's. Again I believe it is because of the (possibility, probability) of the size of the deals that is causing the length of halt. Hey if they are real whats 3-1/2 months. Just means you will stay sober longer before the real party starts.
