The mood on this board seems to have deteriorated yesterday. The bottom line for me is : Is WWF legit or not? MRS is satisfied with the 18 questions they posed to WWF. That's why both parties are (diligently?) working on a CNR. There's a lot of pull and tag in this process and the bureaucrats still want to be seen to be "in charge".
