for anyone interested in knowing more about the people who are going to be involved in the financing of our future you might want to check out the CBC special 'the Dubai Miracle' on CBC at 8:00 Pacific time on the western channels [Edmonton, Calgary, etc...]  It highlights the economic prosperity of the emirate and the thinking that supported it.  Interesting stuff.
