Well they havent any deals signed so there is no COB but MRS knows what is in the works so a COB shouldnt be a big deal. Wont be halted for 3-1/2 months whiled they do paperwork for COB. And I have enuff faith in Foley our at least his lawyers that they would follow proper procedures
