I just got home from work, read all of the posts, is there something in the air? No I won't post a song or music video, but I will share one thing with you and what I've experienced personllay, dealing with the bureaucrats.

Here in the States, yes that's where I'm from, in my position as a banker, the Feds will show up, (unannounced sometimes), and other times, will give about a 1 week notice that THEY will be arriving.  When they do arrive, they will ask for certain documents, review certain items, sit in the conference room, behind closed doors, only coming out to ask more questions.

WE give them what they want, they go behind the closed doors again, stay till about 5 p.m., then leave.  WE wait to see if the same crew will be back the next day, or if additional people show up, with more questions.

At times by friends, this goes on for up to two weeks.  After this review, THEY announce that the head examiner will be back on a certain day, to present their findings.

On that particular day, we all gather in the conference room, waiting to see what it is that the TEAM of examiners found, (or didn't find) and what the head examiner has to say.  We're all on pins and needles. 

Doesn't this sound very familiar to you?  I'm sure that in Canada just as in the U.S. the government people, be it in banking or in the trading business, have certain guidelines they follow. 

Number 1 in  their eyes (in the banking industry) is to protect the customer, to make sure that the financial institution is sound and more importantly, that there will be no loss to the insurance fund because of some errors. 

Number 1 in their eyes (in the trading business) is to protect the investor, to make sure that the NR's are truthful, that there is no fraud involved, and no deception.

My take on this review by MRS as to the last 3 questions; WWF has given MRS their answers, MRS will probably want more information, WWF will answer, MRS will review, come back in a few weeks, and then they will meet with WWF to present their findings.

As Foley is sitting in the room with the MRS regulator, he will be waiting to hear (sitting on pins and needles) as to the findings of MRS on WWF.

Let MRS review everything NOW.  I believe it is better that it happened now than in the latter stages of the developments of WWF and their projects.
