Nazima kindly returned an email I had sent over two week ago. It's exactly as posted earlier. Looks like she trying to catch up.

We responded in writing to the exchange last Monday. The first TSX letter had 18 questions, over the period of the halt the TSX has accepted 15 of the

18 as being answered. Last Monday we answered to our best ability the final 3 questions.

What happens next is that the TSX either accepts our answered or it does not. If they accept, Winfield and the TSX will then agree to the text of a clarification News Release. The stock should be called to trade shortly thereafter.

The business of Winfield remains on-going and positive.
