This is what I got from Nazima:
We responded in writing to the exchange last Monday. The first TSX letter had 18 questions, over the period of the halt the TSX has accepted 15 of the 18 as being answered. Last Monday we answered to our best ability the final 3 questions.
What happens next is that the TSX either accepts our answered or it does not. If they accept, Winfield and the TSX will then agree to the text of a clarification News Release. This will be the official news release. The stock should be called to trade shortly thereafter.
