The reason for posting this is telling us a story.  The story is that Major Indirect Shareholders transfers/excercises the options to convert Options to Shares.  This is the first true indication that the company is moving ahead.  When MRS recieves all the paperwork and approves it.  Shortly thereafter, we will be trading.  Good Luck to all.
