Here's a reply from Nazima this morning:

--Our trading status changed from Halted to Suspended last week. The TSX Compliance and Disclosure Department has requested third party verification for certain statements made in earlier News Releases.

--Delays in providing third party verification documents triggered the change in trading status.


--Delays are due to the complexity of the documents requested and the availability of correspondents.


--We anticipate having the remaining third party clarification documents this week. Upon receipt we will forward same onto the TSX.

--A meeting with the TSX will follow  whereat a clarification News Release will be drafted and then disseminated. Trading will follow  TSX acceptance of our responses and back-up  documentation.   


--The business of Winfield remains on-going and positive.

So NOTHING has changed according to her email, we are yet to receive the documents requested. The waiting game continues...
