An excerpt from Option999 SH post -  and my reply following;

"I would like to confirm 100% that the agent reviewing the WWF file is Rod Young of MRS and, I spoke to him today for 45 minutes.

He is not on vacation and, not on vacation next week either.

Posters have been saying that IR told them that given that agent of MRS is on vacation, they will only hand in additional document next week.

This is hogwash. MRS has received and reviewed all documents and serious concerns remain on "clarification of corporate affairs".

I know that Foley personnally lied to me, via email in writing, by stating that himself and his lawyers were having a meeting with MRS regulators this week to review all documents and respond to questions.

Lie #1: MRS is unaware of any meeting, agent started laughing at what company had said.

Lie #2: Foley is on a trip, so no meeting as promised.

This is a question to those whom may know more:

Was WWF operating a boileroom? We hear of these types of scams going on and never figure it will happen to us.

Larrybuss, Bobo, you know more, so why not share it with us. You said you knew these guys, you hit it on the hand that AX Energy does not exist. How would you know this and be on to these guys so quickly. You must know these people very well. Who are you (ie: a disgruntled employee of theirs, a director that got fired, someone close to Foley whom got screwed...)

Tell us, we can handle it, at least we will know for sure.
