For all of you who are howling about sueing Foley, TSX, WWF you should read about the Consumers assoc of Canada. They lost a suit against Pepsi, Coke and a few other companies and are being assessed legal fees for the companies in the amount of $400,000. That doesnt include their own legal fees.  So just be sure that something illegal is going on before you start howling about events that may not be illegal. What you mite lose if WWF doesnt come back would be chump change against what it mite cost you in WWF's legal fees.
