Fellow Posters,

As you can see, ian posted on 10/16/07 and what I posted on 10/15/07, I still feel that TSX/MRS are using their power as they can, until there is a clarification of the company’s affairs.  If you read carefully, both ian and I are saying the same thing, WE WAIT UNTIL WWF CAN CLEAR THIS UP, and IMO, this will be soon.Gumby1116(george) FROM THE TSX......Posted by: itaylor on October 16, 2007 07:17PM


The suspension is something we use after a certain period of halt time, it's at our discretion. We do not mention more than that because we feel it's at the company's discretion to release the information. We need clarification of the company's affairs. You may want to contact the company for further information.

I believe that TSX/MRS wants answers now, and unfortunately WWF can't provide instant answers. If you remember WWF requested and was granted 2 extensions to provide information, and from previous posts on AG, it appears more information is being requested, which according to Foley's respond "within the week" if I'm not mistaken.
