This doesn't sound all to current.  So to paraphrase.  No trading this week, because they want you to contact Mr. Foley on Friday.  No response from the MRS group as of the end of Tuesday, October 9, 2007.  Mr. Foley came back from Korea, (What about libya).  Destination unknown.  When did you speak with Ziyaad?  He said that he did not speak with Mr. Foley?  Once again a skid sideways.  If I know that shareholders are calling me first thing Tuesday, wouldn't I have spoken with the company rep.  In this case Mr. Foley.  All you have written is stalls.   Hopefully soon some direction, answers, and most of all clarification to where we stand.  This is what we are asking for the past 9 weeks.

Don't feel I am harsh with your post, thanks for that.  What I am saying for quite some time is the smoke screens and no clear direction or answers from either source.  Thus far all we have received was empty prompises.   Where's the meat and potatoes.
