I know what you mean and as WpgMoney indicated, all of the management took a cut when times were lean (they still are aren't they?).

I will give John some slack, the company weathered some bad times and are not out of options, John is a resourceful guy with connections (i hope).

Times will change, and only work will make that happen.

Time to go explore some more.
