Wildcat AGM Details

The AGM will be held at 10:00 am at the Hilton Hotel on June 1, 2011. The Hilton is attached to the Wildcat office building, on the west side.

All of the exisiting board members are up for re-election. There is a resolution to re-appoint BDO Canada to continue as auditors for another year, and a resolution to approve the Company's Stock Option Plan on the tabel.
