I hardly think it was my selling on occasion that kept WEL in the muck.... 330k over 4 months is hardly keeping a cap on the stock.... That distinction belongs to the TD seller having on occasion 1MM blocks of stock on the sell side.
On the other hand it takes confidence to step up and buy more stock.... Thats the real problem... and certainly geting to work would instill investor confidence.
