Just read the Wildcat information circular that came with the notice of annual meeting.

On page 14 of 25 there is a section on proposed changes to the incentice stock options.

"item 2. to increase the maximum term of options granted under the stock option plan from five years to ten years"

This requires a vote at the AGM and since Management failed to extend the warrants deadline for us paying shareholders, I view this as unfair and unreasonable.
