I also believe splitting the company in half is a good option. The deal could look something like this. WEL shareholders would sell their Rice Lake Greenstone properties to SKP for one SKP share for every four WEL shares held. WEL shareholders would also receive one new WEL share for each four shares. The new WEL would retain a small percentage net smelter right and will keep all of their other properties. A less diluted company would emerge and will be able to focus on what they do best.
