I am one investor that has supported the WEL share price on multiple occasions.. I have frequently bought stock to show some support and prevent the low closing of the stock. Simply trying to protect my investment.

The first 2 times this happened ( missing trade) it caught me off guard and I did not make a fuss about it. This time I watched the transaction very carfully... and it did not show up... So I called Desjardin to find out what happened. I was informed that this transaction was done via the " Alpha Trading platform"

I am just one investor, and this has happened to me 3 times... how many others?????

Does this imact the market..... ? You had better believe it...! It virtually eliminates any show of strength in the market because the volume is not disclosed, the price is not disclosed the trade is not disclosed and investors are left with the perception of little to no strength.

In fact WEL should be registering a complaint about this

The person whos "ask "

0.12 18,000 33

was circumvented should also file a complaint as their sell order was not filled, a stolen trade.....No different than having your pocket picked in a subway.

Should this person contact me I will be glad to provide details and also file a complaint!

How many more off market transactions have occured over the past couple months?

Are these shares provided via a short sell.... or somone who wishes to be inconspicous seller.... what is their motive? To simply move off a position, or a trader stealing someones trade? Could their be a motive to control the price of WEL stock?

How many other stocks is this occuring on?

Are these legitimate trades?

Is this how naked shorts are created and or covered.

This type of trading has the abilty to undermine the whole integrety of the market... and that is not a joke or an understatement.

This may provide an understanding of how some very large shorts have been covered and originated in some other stocks.... In one case NKW had a short covered about 2 years ago that was many multiples of the 2 week trading volume for that period and no shares were issued via wts or options during that time frame. I reported this but you know that market sevalence just brushed it off!

How was a million share short covered with only 319 K shares traded in total!

PCTC was the transfer agent for this time frame indicated no change in float... in fact there was very little change in float for months.
