Actually NO... SKP will have to complete the balance of the $500,000 comittment buy April 30....

Then it states...... "The other provisions of the agreement remain in force and are unchanged. "

That means SKp has to complete another $1,500,000 of work before the next aniverary date, which has not been changed. The Change to the agreement is to reimbers any shortfall SKP has requiring funds to hold the permits in good standing, from WEL.
