When do the $.15 warrants expire. When I talked to John Knowles at the Vancouver Convention he was hoping to get them excercised. Logic would tell me, however if somebody wants to make a move on WEL they would prefer to see the wts. go the way of the DODO. Less shares to have to pick up or deal with in an acquisition. The Michael Power property is obviously the one that completes the land package on the belt, so we should not be surprised if we see some action there. SKP raised a lot of non FT money and I felt was after WEL, however after yesterday's news I am not so sure. Wildcat is not a mining company, and as a shareholder I would have no problem with a deal for the property if the price is right. My favourite scenario would be for one SKP share and one new WEL share for every three shares of WEL. The investor would still have an interest in the Mike Power property through SKP, and the Wilcat management that we know are experts on base metals could focus the new consolidated company on the things they do best. Other scenarios would involve joint ventures or possibly just buying the property outright.
