I think that the SKP and SGR are far more willing to promote their companies, the timing of this news realease was to give maximum promotional value.... That is good for SKP and for SGR.

You mentioned it takes time to file the paperwork etc regarding the SGR/ SKP jv....before advancng the work on that project.... So whats the holdup on advancing the Poundmaker... that deal was definatively signed and approved 2 years ago!

What I said was I would like to see the same conviction to advancing the Poundmaker JV..... This is because as the news release clearly states that I read is that SKP and SGR have common directors in Courtney Shearer and Rick Boulay.

And as such that decisions about the JV with WEL could be skewd in favour of of the intrests of SGR using SKP as the vechical...... and thus my concern about the lack of disclosure and progress on the Poundmaker commitments. If things were progressing in a meaningfull, open relationship and communication was ongoing I would have Zero concerns.

I have only one of these investments... WEL and thus I am bias only to WEL.... When one holds all 3 of these stocks your views can become skewed in favour of one over the other especially if there could be substantual benifit to one or both of the other investments at the expense of WEL.

What appears to be happening is that SGR is geting contol of substantual land mass in the belt... and via SKP more control is being additionally made, via those common directors in SKP, over WEL via the Poundmaker JV

I think this deal with SKP was not a great idea because of what I just said.... and the actions " inactions" of SKP are proving this to be correct!
