There may be commitments required to keep the Poundmaker properties in good standing.... If SKP has failed to do the required work, WEL may have to spend the required funds. This means that WEL has to have cash availible to undertake this work.... and thus not able to commit to other work programs on the Jeep etc.

I would feel more comfortable if the drilling commitment was anounced on the Jeep.

Thats how the lack of work by SKP has held WEL back overall!
