This whole thing between the Cat and Strikepoint sounds totally nuts to me. What happens if in the coming weeks they drill something of real significance at the Jeep? Is the Cat going to take 25 cents for their trouble and that's it? I say that just like San, all this business of takeovers is just crazy talk. The Cat's bosses know full well that the value of their properties might be many multiples of what the stock is presently trading for. So as for the joint venture agreement between SKP and the Cat, there are lots of other outfits with which a deal could be struck once the agreement is terminated, the sooner the better I say.
