I personally have no opinion as to what fair compensation would be however, for the Geo's and office staff I am guessing they would have agreed to a reduced work week and not an hourly cut in pay. As for the CEO I would be willing to bet that the workload and pressure on a CEO would have been increased dramatically during the financial crisis brought on by banking failures that were out of their control. A CEO that willingly takes a reduced salary to keep his staff from abandonning ship should be admired not scorned. OMHO . If there was no recovery and no new financing became available he would have lost the money forever
