Had a great time, but now back to work.

Nice to see the FT pp @.22... higher than I expected, but the timing and quality of the projects and Managment will enable this premium to market financing close promptly. Checked with my broker who was told it was all but full.

This is great news, as upon closing I'm sure the placees wil be motivated to buy more from the market... My target being at least in the .30's to provide those .10 shares to exercise my wts... and hopefully closer to the .40's I intend to trickle them out slowly in the new year, on a one for 2 exercised basis, thus building my core position.

I mentioned before about RGC and their jv partner in their Newman Todd project about 20 miles east of the Jeep toward Red Lake. Their co operation is in stark contrast to WEL... SKP jv. News today on board strengthening.... Pontius from Tower Hill on advisory board.... Their placement filled upon announcment.

This is very encouraging as RGC is ramping up promotion and those eyes will also be near to WEL. First drilling phase is done, results to be anounced earily Jan as well as 2nd round of drilling in Jan. This one is very tight... mid .20's will be next level.

Remember what I said about SKP being a flow through vechical ... The last news release confirmation of this.... The lack of news on the WEL jv and SGR jv typical of these guys.... JMHO When will investors do their DD and board the company with the Managment team committed to building shareholder value via exploration.
