Belted... WEL participated in the LiDAR survey this year for the Jeep property, and was able to do so at minimal cost since they were already surveying for SKP. I saw a printout of the LiDAR results on the Jeep - it provides a very detailed picture of the ground surface relief - you can see little "pock" marks in places, where it is likely some mining took place at some point in the past. By now these locations are hidden in the bush, but Wildcat crews will check them out. If there was mining done at some of these places back 60, 80 or more years ago, there must have been a reason for that -- now with improved technology, we can go there and see whether there might be something worthwhile to explore further.
