I think that you could be waiting for a long time. HBM doesn't seem to be in a hurry to grab anything in their back yard, they are the only game in town and it appears that they can wait while the spend their money on Lalor Lake and Chisel North.

Unless we see some Chinese interest (not too likely, but you never know, see CML) there won't be any other players in this area that are not juniors.

I could be wrong, and I usually am, but I am not holding my breath for that any time soon.
