VMS and RCR have recently aquired market intrest.... VMS has moved on volume into the mid .30's and RCR has moved from the .10 into the mid teens.

RCR is noteworthy as they anounced a PP yesterday AM which was filled and oversubscribed within a couple hours. The stock price moved up as soon as investors found out there was renewed intrest in these base metals plays..... WELLLL ????
