With the biggest land package and the presence of some good past producers I like to look at WEL as the strong silent type. I think they are doing the right thing and not wasting any capital until the market fully appreciated the significance of Rice Lake. I am up over 50% so it is a easy hold for me. There are still a few good penny stocks under a dime, however they are getting more scarce.IMHO
