Thanks for the Update, RES, an for being pro-active in make a proposal to the Company. They will give it some thought, I am sure, as they are receptive to our ideas.

I think we are a little premature in expecting to hold a share price at .12 just yet -- too many willing to take profits. With some news in September, there will be a better climate for higher prices as investors will be more willing to hold on for higher gains, JMHO.
