I wonder how many shares of WEL Hugh and Dale own. Another scenario is if SGR is taken over where do Dale and Hugh go do they buy out WEL or do they own a large part of it already. Maybe this is why WEL's price stays so low and SAN pretends not to be interested in them. I mean a few million shares from SAN and the Wildcat is Gone.(puzzling to say the least)
