The shareholder rights plan was adopted at the AGM..... and it was noted here -- you missed that?

Yes, that came about directly as a result of conversation on this board which I relayed to John Knowles. He checked into various examples of shareholder rights plans and one was put forward at the AGM and approved. (Another example of why I like this company - open to ideas and actually implemented them!!).
