IM confused now.

All I can say is that WEL was cheap at .10 according to my sources. So now with the JV I think WEL should be sitting around .13 (being very conservative).

I like your #'s but I like it simple. Bring on .40 and IM personally making a trip out West and visiting everyone with a fruit basket.

It's an Italian thing.
