Rice Lake - Conclusion

1. Summary (from the WEL Company brochure)

a. Wildcat is at Rice Lake because....

- This area is underlain by the Red Lake equivalent of the Balmer/Ball stratigraphy which is highly prospective for base and precious metals (which has produced over 25 million oz gold in the Red Lake area)
- All of Wildcat’s Rice Lake mineral prospects have lode gold potential; the Jeep and Garner Lake projects also have base metal and PGE potential

Projects............................... Commodities
Poundmaker/Mike Power.............gold
Jeep................................... gold, nickel-copper-PGE
Garner............................... gold, nickel-copper-PGE
Siderock............................... gold

b. Highlights
- Poundmaker/Mike Power Project: numerous gold exploration plays including: Rio Gold zone, Saxton Lake Deformation zone, former Poundmaker mine, Gold Creek Shear zone. Option granted to Marum Resources Q1 2008.
- Jeep Property: Former producing Jeep Mine -14,477 tons (avg. 28.2 gpt gold) -J. Stephenson, 1972; contact-type nickel-copper-platinum-palladium mineralization proximal to Jeep Mine and Wildcat-Harvest Gold JV claims. Option agreement: to acquire interest in 2 claims on south boundary Q1 2008; Airborne and ground IP geophysics completed.
- Garner Property: Gold zone discoveries in 2005: Marlin showing, Swordfish showing, Garner west showing; favourable geological setting for nickel-copper-PGE mineralization (Kambalda-type). Two copper discoveries-News Release-Sept.23, 2008.
- Siderock Property: Portage gold zone open along strike; Balmer-Ball assemblage rocks similar to Red Lake, ON, 60 kilometres east.

c. Looking Forward
- Jeep Property: IP survey to be completed over Wildcat-Harvest Gold JV claims and drilling based upon results.
- Garner Property: Geological mapping and sampling north of Garner Lake. Grid cutting and IP survey in claim area north of Garner Lake, covering area of summer 2008 copper discoveries and drilling based upon results.
- Siderock Property: Geological mapping and sampling - Summer 2009.

2. My thoughts: Wildcat has asembled a lot of land in the Rice Lake area, and has many angles to choose from in terms of what they will explore. The Jeep property seems to be the most promising one for the immediate time frame, but they are continuing to work on some of the others as well.

The Rice Lake area has huge potential, imo. Past history has shown that there is lots of gold in the area; current results on the neighbouring lands at San Gold are showing that the development of the past was only the beginning. As the area continues to develop, WEL properties will gain value simply by association; any new discoveries of substance will only multiply the gains - both in quantity and speed. JMHO
