NL, i was e- mailed this week asking if i was interested. I beleive the closeing is soon. In reguards to having a shareholders rights plan for our Juniors, we could ask to have this on the agenda at the next AGM. I believe a vote of shares would take place and we may just have enough support. I believe all share holders should be informed and this is a chance to set some standards.I see a volunteer sitting on the Comp, board and keeping this board informed. I think this should apply to all Companies and Agoracom would benefit. Look at San for a moment, do we get the same info that WINKIN, BLINKIN AND Nod get. I agree they own 30 + %, but should inside information only go to the wealthy. The juniors offer this board a golden opportunity to set some new standards in the mining sector and we could have the power. Think of this as a shareholders union rights, and i offer my support.
