The company is now known as FUSE Cobalt.
Thanks for pointing out that report, Traps... it was the qualifying report from January 2004 to the TSX re: a listing on the Venture Exchange:
At the request of Mr. Jerrold Siemens, Chairman of Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (“Wildcat”), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Arc Metals Ltd (“Arc”) has prepared a geological report (the “Report”) specific to the standards dictated by National Instrument 43-101, in respect of Wildcat’s exploration properties in the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt of Manitoba, Canada. The submission of this geological report will fulfill certain requirements of the TSX-Venture Exchange.
SUMMARY
Wildcat Exploration Inc. initially became involved in the Bissett area of Manitoba during the first quarter of 1998, as a bidder on the assets of the Bissett Gold Mining Company Ltd. In 1989 Rea Gold Corporation acquired the San Antonio mine property including the mill and supporting infrastructure and formed the Bissett Gold Mining Company. Bissett Gold Mining was placed in receivership in February 1998. Harmony Gold Mining NPL (“Harmony”), a significant South
African gold mining company, was the successful bidder.
Management of Wildcat, following their unsuccessful bid, recognized that the Bissett area, primarily because of its relatively isolated location at the west end of the Archean aged Uchi Subprovince of the Superior Province of the Canadian Shield, was an under-explored gold camp that warranted significant exploration. During 1998, Wildcat commenced an ongoing land acquisition program with the objective to consolidate a significant land position by staking and by acquisition from third parties.
(The report has a very detailed history of work done on Pundmaker, Jeep, Siderock and Garner claims. It also mentions Packsack and Ramrod which I do not recognize as current properties of WEL)
