There has been an iceberg bid volume at 0.11 since the finacial restructure plan was announced and put to shareholders for vote a week or so ago. It ensured the sp would not fall even to to the 0.10 level Maxim is asking us to approve at the special meeting. Not sure why that is a good thing for him, maybe it isn't?
