I have just rread the latest news no sedar (dated on the 1th of oct.) 3 crucial points were mentioned: -uncovered depts of about $ 5mio. -> covering them by delution of 12% approx 50mio new shares but most importantly for me to the prive of 0.10cad per share! -the shares of finsky won't be registered in order to vote: that means: the vote might get tight and therefore the 0.10cad as shareprice should be more or less fair for existing shareholders. I don't expect a rise until 19th of oct. -from my point of view the last press release was very structured and detailed. I really believe that a delisting should not happen. Current shareholders are asked to agree on the covering of the uncovered debts. Also the way they informed shareholders after the start of the delisting review was way better. It really seemed that they gave some elbow grease!Maybe it is really true that Finsky uses the next few moths to really get his trade-off! News that could result in a hike: -Q3 drilling results ( about 12'000 oz required to meet the target of 20'000 oz) -Study from Nasedkino -No further financing until mid Oct (drawdown of 19mio VTB ) -make last tranche from VTB of around 70 mio. accessible Danger: -delisting ->my conclusion: hold and see
