Agreed Uall, this is not all that big deal and not unexpected. This does happen frequently as a result of business combinations particularily when the combination occurs part way through each companies fiscal year as this did. They both had differing fiscal year ends to boot. These things truely can be administrative and accounting nightmares, as comparative prior years also have to be combined and restated, accounting policies harmonized and auditors totally satisfied that it is all correct.

Imo, for a small accounting group in this circumstance, being only a few days out is a pretty good result. I give them credit.
