One would think a rising SP tends to grab positive attention for the company.

It's starting to look like "Someone" or "Something" wants to benefit from a low SP before the targeted NR we've been all talking about and waiting for, for some time now. In my opinion, if this is what it's going to take for a solid bump in SP, then holly s**the, they better hurry up, I am not liking this downward trend.
